Organize assessments with custom views
Filter your assessments list and save custom views, so each team can focus on the assessments that matter to them.
As your assessment program grows, a single list gets hard to work with. Custom views let you filter your assessments list and save that filter, so you and your team can return to exactly the assessments you need, whether that's everything due for review this month or every open vendor assessment.
Filter your assessments
- In the left navigation, under Governance, select Assessments.
- Use the filters to narrow the list, for example by status, template, owner, labels or review date. [confirm available filters]
- Choose which columns to show.
Save a custom view
- Apply the filters and columns you want.
- Click [confirm button label, e.g. Save view] and give the view a name that describes its purpose, such as "Vendor reviews due this quarter".
Your saved view appears [confirm where views appear, e.g. as a tab above the list]. [confirm: are views personal or shared with the team?]
To change a view, apply new filters and save it again. [confirm: how to edit, rename or delete a view]
Organize with labels
Labels are the most flexible way to categorize assessments. Use them to group assessments by team, business unit, region, regulation or project, then filter by one or more labels. Agree on a short, shared set of labels with your team, so filters stay reliable. [confirm: labels or tags]
