Attentive DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for Attentive. MineOS uses the requester's email address to send Attentive a deletion request or to export the requester's subscriptions.

How It Works

• Preview: before MineOS deletes or copies anything, you can preview the requester's subscriptions in Attentive.
• Delete: MineOS sends Attentive a deletion request for the requester's email address. Attentive handles it on its side, so the task stays in progress until Attentive completes it.
• Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of their subscriptions and whether they are eligible for each one.

Before You Start

• Make sure you have permission to install apps in your Attentive account.
• During authorization, MineOS asks for the subscriptions:write permission.

Setting Up

1. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for Attentive and click Add.
2. Open the Attentive data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
3. Click Connect and follow the on-screen instructions to authorize MineOS in Attentive.
4. Click Save.

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your Attentive account.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the Attentive integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion or get a copy.
