FullStory DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for FullStory. MineOS finds the FullStory user that matches the requester, then lets you preview, delete or copy their data.

How It Works

• Preview: before MineOS deletes or copies anything, you can preview the FullStory user it found for the requester.
• Delete: MineOS deletes the matching user from FullStory. With the email-based type, a request with no matching user completes with nothing deleted.
• Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the FullStory user data, including their session pages.

Choose the right integration type

Before You Start

• Make sure you have a FullStory account with permission to create API keys.
• Have a FullStory API key with Admin key permissions. If you don't have one, in FullStory click Create key at the top right of the API keys list, enter a key name, select Admin permissions and copy the key. FullStory doesn't show existing keys again, so create a new key if you can't copy one.

Setting Up

1. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for FullStory and click Add.
2. Open the FullStory data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
3. In the Integration type dropdown, choose FullStory (Email identifier) or FullStory.
4. Paste your FullStory API key.
5. Click Test your integration to validate the key.
6. Click Test & Save.

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your FullStory account.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the FullStory integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion or get a copy.
