Cybersource DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for Cybersource. MineOS searches your Cybersource transactions for the requester's email address, then lets you preview, delete or copy the customer data linked to them.

How It Works

• Preview: before MineOS deletes or copies anything, you can preview the customers it found for the requester, including the customer ID, email address and client reference code.
• Delete: MineOS finds the customers linked to transactions that match the requester's email address and deletes those customers from Cybersource. If no transaction matches, the task is reported as not found.
• Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the transactions that match their email address, together with the linked customer data.

Before You Start

• Make sure the customers and transactions in your Cybersource account include email addresses. MineOS searches by email, so the search can't find records without one.
• Have access to the Cybersource Business Center to find your merchant ID and generate a key.

Setting Up

Step 1: Get your credentials from Cybersource

1. Log in to the Business Center. Your organization ID, which is your merchant ID, appears at the top of the page.
2. In the left navigation panel, click the Payment Configuration icon, then click Key Management.
3. Click Generate Key, select REST Shared Secret, and click Generate key.
4. Copy the generated Key and its Shared Secret.

Step 2: Connect in MineOS

1. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for Cybersource and click Add.
2. Open the Cybersource data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
3. Enter your merchant ID in the Merchant Id field.
4. Enter the generated key in the Key Id field.
5. Enter the shared secret in the Shared secret key field.
6. Click Test your integration to validate the credentials.
7. Click Test & Save.

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your Cybersource account.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the Cybersource integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion or get a copy.
