Automate data classification by integrating MineOS with HubSpot
How It Works
MineOS connects to your HubSpot account through a private app, scans your HubSpot contacts, tickets and engagements, and reports the types of personal data it finds.
Note: This article covers data classification. Setting up HubSpot for privacy requests is covered in the HubSpot DSR integration article.
Before You Start
- Make sure you have permission to create private apps in your HubSpot account.
- [Optional] Enable Preview mode to view sample PII values alongside classification results. You must enable Preview mode before running the scan.

- In the left sidebar, go to Integrations → Private Apps and click Create private app.
- On the Basic Info tab, enter a name and description for the app, and optionally upload a logo.
