LiveIntent DSR integration

This integration automates erasure requests for LiveIntent. MineOS sends LiveIntent an erasure request for the requester's email address.

How It Works

• Delete: MineOS submits an erasure request to LiveIntent for the requester's email address. The task shows as in progress after the request is accepted.

Before You Start

Ask your LiveIntent account manager for these credentials:

• Client ID
• Client Secret
• Customer Type: advertiser or publisher
• Entity ID: a positive integer

Setting Up

1. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for Live Intent and click Add.
2. Open the Live Intent data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
3. Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, Customer Type (Advertiser or Publisher) and Entity ID in their matching fields.
4. Click Test your integration and wait for the confirmation.
5. Click Test & Save.

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your LiveIntent account.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the LiveIntent integration to the workflow of the deletion privacy right.
