Notion DSR integration
Automate privacy request handling by integrating MineOS with Notion.

This integration automates privacy requests for Notion. MineOS searches the pages it has access to in your Notion workspace for the requester's email address, then lets you preview and copy what it finds.
To scan Notion for personal data, see Notion data classification integration.
How It Works
- Preview: before MineOS copies anything, you can preview the pages it found for the requester, including each page's URL, title and content.
- Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the pages found for their email address, including each page's URL, title and the text of its properties. Other people in your workspace are left out of the copy: their user properties are dropped and their @mentions are masked.
Before You Start
- Make sure you have permission to connect integrations to your Notion workspace.
- MineOS can only search the pages it's given access to when you connect. Share all the pages and databases you want searched.
Setting Up
-
Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for Notion and click Add.
-
Open the Notion data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
-
Click Connect and follow the on-screen instructions to authorize MineOS in Notion. Select the pages you want MineOS to scan.
-
Click Save.
You're done! MineOS has been connected to your Notion workspace.
Using the Integration in Requests
To handle requests automatically, add the Notion integration to the workflow of the privacy right it should handle, such as get a copy.
