DSR dashboards
See your request volume, SLA health, and Autopilot impact at a glance
The DSR Dashboards gives you a real-time view of your request volume. You'll find two dashboards: Overview and Audit Log.
Filtering the dashboard
Before looking at the numbers, adjust the filters at the top to fit your needs: Created At (required, defaults to the last 3 months), Privacy Right, Country, State, Data Subject Label, DSR Agent Name, Closed Reason, and Is Autopilot, which lets you isolate requests that were or weren't handled by Autopilot.
Overview Dashboard
The Overview dashboard has three tabs: Overview, Efficiency and Breakdowns.
Overview:
- A count of Verified Incoming Requests, alongside an Incoming Requests Over Time chart showing request volume by week segmented per Privacy Right.
- Open Requests - all requests that are verified and still open
- Required Attention - how many requests are now flagged as required attentions, wether the request is open or closed.
- Due within 7 days - open requests that their due date is about to be reached in the next 7 days. The due date is calculated since the time the request was verified plus the SLA defined to that request.
- Overdue Requests - open requests that the due date has passed.
- Completed Requests - presents a breakdown of closed requests by the reason of closure: Completed, Rejected, Cancelled, or Other.
Efficiency:
The Efficiency section focuses on how quickly requests are being closed, and how much of that is down to automation:
- Average Closing Time per Privacy Right - a table breaking down average handling duration by privacy right
- Average Closing Time (Days) - overall averages across your filtered requests
- Requests Closed with Autopilot - a count of how many requests in the current filter were closed automatically
- Reopened Requests - presents how many requests were reopened with a breakdown of how many are now closed and how many are still open.
Breakdowns
Breakdowns give you a distribution view, so you can see at a glance which rights and regions make up the bulk of your incoming volume.
- Privacy Right breakdown - total, open and closed views
- Country breakdown - total, open and closed views
- US state breakdown - total, open and closed views
