Facebook Ads DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. MineOS removes the requester's email address from the Custom Audiences in your ad account.

How It Works

• Delete: MineOS removes the requester's email address from your ad account's Custom Audiences, so they are no longer part of the lists you use for targeting.

Choose the right integration type

Before You Start

• You need Full control permission on your Facebook ad account. Only team members with the required permissions can set up the integration.
• Have your ad account number ready. In Facebook Ads Manager, select the ad account and copy its number, which appears at the top inside the Campaigns drop-down. It also appears in the page URL, after act=.

Setting Up

1. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. If it isn't in your list yet, click Add Data Source, search for Facebook (or Instagram for Instagram Ads) and click Add.
2. Open the data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration. If you're asked to choose an integration type, choose Facebook Ads or Instagram Ads.
3. Enter your ad account number in the Account Id field and click Connect.
4. Choose the Facebook Page your company uses for Facebook Ads, then click Next.
5. On the permission page, allow Manage Ads for ad accounts that you have access to, then click Done.
6. Click Save.

Reconnect when the connection expires

The connection stays valid for about three months. After that, deletions fail with an error until you reconnect: open the integration and connect again.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the integration to the deletion workflow. Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads don't support get a copy.
