Jira Software Cloud DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for Jira Software Cloud. MineOS searches your Jira issues for the requester's email address and lets you preview and copy what it finds.

How It Works

• Preview: before MineOS copies anything, you can preview the Jira issues it found for the requester, including each issue's project key, issue key, summary and description.
• Get a copy: MineOS searches Jira issues by the requester's email address or Atlassian account, and sends the requester a copy that lists each issue's project key, issue key, summary and description.

Before You Start

• Make sure you have sufficient permissions to connect apps to your Atlassian site.
• MineOS can only search the projects that the connected account has access to.

Setting Up

1. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory, then click Add data source. Search for Jira Cloud Platform (also listed as Jira Project Management) and add it.
2. Open the data source and go to the DSR & integrations tab. If the data source already has an integration, click Add instance.
3. Under Action for fulfilling requests, select Integration, then choose the Jira Software Cloud integration in the Integration Type dropdown.
4. Click Set up integration. If your account has access to more than one Atlassian site, fill in the Site Domain field so MineOS connects to the right site.
5. Sign in to your Jira Software Cloud account. MineOS requests the offline_access, read:jira-work and read:jira-user permissions. Click Accept.
6. Click Finish.

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your Jira Software Cloud site.
