Ada DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for Ada. MineOS looks up the Ada end users that match the requester's email address, then lets you preview, delete or copy their data.

How It Works

• Preview: before MineOS deletes or copies anything, you can preview the end users it found for the requester.
• Delete: MineOS finds the end users that match the requester's email address and sends Ada a data erasure request for that email. If no end user matches, the task is reported as not found.
• Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the end user records found for their email address.

Choose the right integration type

Before You Start

• Make sure you have permission to create an API key in your Ada account.

Setting Up

Ada

1. In Ada, go to Settings → Integrations → APIs and create a New API Key. Copy the key right away.
2. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for Ada and click Add.
3. Open the Ada data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration, and choose Ada.
4. Paste the key into the API Key field, and enter your handle in the Ada Handle field. Your handle is the part of your Ada address that comes before .ada.support.
5. Click Test your integration so MineOS can verify the details.
6. Click Test & Save.

Ada - DSR Delete Only

1. In Ada, go to Settings → Integrations → APIs and create a New API Key. Copy the key right away.
2. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources, search for Ada, and open it.
3. Choose Ada - DSR Delete Only and click Setup integration.
4. Enter your API key and your Custom base URL. Add /api/v1/data-subject-request to the end of the base URL, with no trailing slash or other symbol.
5. Click Finish. If a yellow Update button appears, click it to move to the latest version of the integration.

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your Ada account.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the Ada integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion or get a copy. The Ada - DSR Delete Only type applies to deletion workflows only.
