Outreach DSR integration
Automate privacy request handling by integrating MineOS with Outreach.

This integration automates privacy requests for Outreach. MineOS looks up the Outreach prospect that matches the requester's email address, then lets you preview, delete, unsubscribe or copy it, depending on the integration type you choose.
How It Works
- Preview: before MineOS acts on anything, you can preview the data it found for the requester.
- Delete: MineOS asks Outreach to delete the Prospect and Recipient records that match the requester's email address. Outreach processes the deletion in the background, so the task stays in progress until it's done.
- Unsubscribe: MineOS opts the matching prospect out and unsubscribes them from email, without deleting the prospect.
- Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the prospect and recipient records found for their email address, including related objects.
Choose the right integration type

Before You Start
- You need an Outreach Admin account.
- During setup, MineOS asks you to approve the permissions it needs in Outreach. The Outreach (Do Not Sell) type also asks for permission to update prospects.
Setting Up
- Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for Outreach and click Add.
- Open the Outreach data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration, and choose Outreach or Outreach (Do Not Sell).
- Click Connect and follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to Outreach and authorize MineOS.
- Click Save.
You're done! MineOS has been connected to your Outreach account.
Using the Integration in Requests
To handle requests automatically, add the Outreach integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle: the Outreach type for deletion or get a copy, and the Outreach (Do Not Sell) type for requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data.
