Export Your Privacy Requests Log
Download a CSV, Excel, or other export of your request or audit data on demand
Whenever you need a one-off export of your request data — for an internal report, a regulator request, or your own records — you can download it directly from the Audit Log page.
Downloading the Audit Log
- Go to DSR > Audit log in the left navigation.
- Optionally, narrow down the data first using the filters at the top: Created At, Closed At Date, System Request ID, Request State, Request Type, End User Country, End User State, Closed Reason, and the Completed/Rejected checkboxes.
- Click the three-dot menu above the Request Log table, then select Download.
- Choose a Format: TXT (tab-separated), Excel Spreadsheet, CSV, JSON, HTML, Markdown, or PNG (an image of the visualization).
- Under Advanced data options, choose:
- Results — whether to include visualization options applied, or the data exactly as displayed in the table
- Data values — formatted (with rounding and formatting) or unformatted (raw values)
- Number of rows to include — the current result table, all results matching your filters, or a custom range
- Click Download.

What's in the export
The Request Log includes one row per request, with columns such as request ID, country, state, request state and type, ticket source, verified and created timestamps, days handling duration, whether the request was handled by Autopilot, applicable privacy regulation, and closed date and reason.
A separate Request Audit table below it lists the request ID, external request ID, country, and state for the same set of requests.
