HubSpot DSR integration
Automate privacy request handling by integrating MineOS with HubSpot.

This integration automates privacy requests for HubSpot. MineOS looks up the HubSpot contact that matches the requester's email address, then lets you preview, delete or copy it, or opt the requester out of your email subscriptions.
To scan HubSpot for personal data, see HubSpot data classification integration.
How It Works
- Preview: before MineOS acts on a request, you can preview what it found for the requester. For delete and copy, that is the contact ID, email address and name. For unsubscribe, it is the email address and each HubSpot subscription with its current status.
- Delete: MineOS finds the contact that matches the requester's email address and deletes it from HubSpot. If no contact matches, the task is reported as not found.
- Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the HubSpot contact record found for their email address, including its properties.
- Unsubscribe: MineOS unsubscribes the requester's email address from every subscription they are currently subscribed to. Subscriptions they are not subscribed to are left untouched, and the contact record stays in HubSpot. If there is nothing to unsubscribe from, the task is reported as not found.
Choose the right integration type
| Integration type | What it does |
|---|---|
| Hubspot Private app | Previews, deletes and copies the requester's contact. |
| Hubspot unsubscribe | Opts the requester out of your HubSpot email subscriptions, without deleting the contact. |
You can set up both types if you want to handle deletion, copy and unsubscribe requests.
Before You Start
- Make sure you have permission to create private apps in your HubSpot account.
- The Hubspot unsubscribe type needs different HubSpot scopes from Hubspot Private app. Create a separate private app for it, or add the unsubscribe scopes to an existing one.

Using the Integration in Requests
To handle requests automatically, add the HubSpot integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion or get a copy. Add the Hubspot unsubscribe integration to the workflow of the privacy right that should opt requesters out of your emails.
