Reply.io DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for Reply.io. MineOS uses your Reply.io API key to look up the contact that matches the requester's email address, then lets you preview, delete or copy it.

How It Works

• Preview: before MineOS deletes or copies anything, you can preview the contact it found for the requester, including the contact ID, email address and name.
• Delete: MineOS deletes the Reply.io contact that matches the requester's email address. If no contact matches, the task is reported as not found.
• Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the Reply.io contact record found for their email address.

Before You Start

• Have access to your Reply.io account settings, where your API key is shown.

Setting Up

1. In Reply.io, open Settings, go to the API Key section and copy your API key.
2. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for Reply and click Add.
3. Open the Reply data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
4. Paste your Reply.io API key into the API key field.
5. Click Test your integration to validate the key.
6. Click Test & Save.

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your Reply.io account.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the Reply.io integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion or get a copy.
