Mailgun DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for Mailgun. MineOS looks for the requester's email address in your Mailgun mailing lists, unsubscribe list and complaint list, then lets you preview, delete or copy what it finds.

How It Works

• Preview: before MineOS deletes or copies anything, you can preview the records it found for the requester.
• Delete: MineOS removes the requester's email address from the mailing lists, the unsubscribe list and the complaint list it appears in. If nothing is found, the task is reported as not found.
• Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the Mailgun records found for their email address: the mailing lists they belong to and any entries in the unsubscribe or complaint lists.

Before You Start

• Make sure you can access your Mailgun account and view its API key.

Setting Up

Step 1: Copy your private API key in Mailgun

1. Log in to Mailgun, click the menu in the upper-right corner and choose API Keys.
2. Reveal the Private API Key and copy it.

Step 2: Connect in MineOS

1. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for Mailgun and click Add.
2. Open the Mailgun data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
3. Paste the private API key into the key field.
4. Click Test & Save.

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your Mailgun account.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the Mailgun integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion or get a copy.
