Auto-reply for closed requests
Automatically respond when a data subject replies after their request has already been closed
Sometimes a data subject replies to an email thread after their request has already been closed. The auto-reply lets MineOS respond automatically so those late replies don't go unanswered.
When it's sent
When Send auto reply for closed requests is enabled, MineOS sends the selected auto-reply template if a data subject replies after their request is closed.
Configuring it
Enable the auto-reply in DSR Setup → Rules and choose the template to send. Edit the template's content in DSR Setup → Templates. This specific template is configured for all rights, and not per right as the rest of the templates.
Template per brand
If you run a multi brand company, you have an option to configure to send a different template per brand by clicking Set template per brand. It will open a configuration panel where you can select which template to use for each brand.
