Automate data classification by integrating MineOS with Salesloft

How It Works

MineOS connects to your Salesloft account with an API key and scans your activities, emails, meetings, notes, people and tasks to detect the personal data they contain.

Note: This integration supports data classification only.

Before You Start

• You need a Salesloft account with administrator permissions.
• [Optional] Enable Preview mode to view sample PII values alongside classification results. You must enable Preview mode before running the scan.

Setting Up

Step 1: Create an API key in Salesloft

1. Log in to Salesloft and go to accounts.salesloft.com/oauth/applications.
2. In the API Keys row, click Create new.
3. Name the key, for example MineOS Key, and click Submit.
4. Copy the key value from the API Keys section.

Step 2: Connect in MineOS

1. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for Salesloft and click Add.
2. Open the Salesloft data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
3. Paste the API key.
4. Mark the Scan this source using Data Classifier checkbox.
5. Click Test & Save.

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your Salesloft account. Click Start Scan in the Data Classifier panel to start the scan.
