Wisepops DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for Wisepops. MineOS looks up the Wisepops contact that matches the requester's email address and lets you preview or copy it. Deletion is handled by emailing a deletion request to Wisepops.

How It Works

• Preview: before MineOS acts on a request, you can preview the Wisepops contact it found for the requester's email address.
• Delete: MineOS emails a deletion request to Wisepops on your behalf and marks the task as completed once the email is sent. If a request for the same requester was already sent, MineOS skips the duplicate.
• Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the Wisepops contact record found for their email address.

Before You Start

• Make sure you can sign in to your Wisepops account to retrieve the API key.

Setting Up

1. In Wisepops, click the settings icon in the top-right corner of the homepage, go to Email API and copy the API key.
2. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. If Wisepops isn't in your list yet, click Add Data Source, search for Wisepops and click Add.
3. Open the Wisepops data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
4. Paste the key into the Api key field.
5. Click Test your integration to validate the key.
6. Click Test & Save.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the Wisepops integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion or get a copy.
