ActiveCampaign DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for ActiveCampaign. MineOS looks up the ActiveCampaign contact that matches the requester's email address, then deletes it or sends the requester a copy of their data.

How It Works

• Delete: MineOS finds every contact that matches the requester's email address and deletes it from ActiveCampaign.
• Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the matching contact together with its related accounts and deals.

Before You Start

• Make sure you have permission to view the API access details in your ActiveCampaign account.

Setting Up

1. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for Active Campaign and click Add.
2. Open the Active Campaign data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
3. In a new tab, log in to ActiveCampaign and go to Settings → Developer. Under API Access, copy the API Access URL and the API Access Key.
4. Paste the URL into the API access URL field and the key into the API Key field in MineOS. The URL must start with https://, for example https://youraccount.api-us1.com.
5. Click Test your integration so MineOS can verify the details.
6. Click Test & Save.

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your ActiveCampaign account.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the ActiveCampaign integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion or get a copy.
