Yotpo DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for Yotpo. MineOS unsubscribes the requester's email address from Yotpo emails. It does not delete the Yotpo user.

How It Works

• Unsubscribe: when a deletion request reaches Yotpo, MineOS adds the requester's email address to your Yotpo unsubscribe list. The requester stops receiving Yotpo emails, but their user record may remain in Yotpo.

Before You Start

• Add Yotpo to your Data Sources first.
• Make sure you can create API credentials in your Yotpo account.
• The unsubscribe method requires the Enterprise Yotpo reviews plan.
• In Yotpo, click the profile icon in the top-right corner, choose Settings, then go to General Settings → API Credentials. Copy the API key (MineOS calls it App Key). Click Get secret key, enter the code Yotpo emails you, and copy the Secret Key.

Setting Up

1. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. If Yotpo isn't in your list yet, click Add Data Source, search for Yotpo and click Add.
2. Open the Yotpo data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
3. Paste the key into the App Key field and the secret into the Secret Key field.
4. Click Test your integration to validate the credentials.
5. Click Test & Save.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the Yotpo integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion. Yotpo unsubscribes the requester rather than deleting their user.
