This integration automates privacy requests for Iterable. MineOS looks up the Iterable user that matches the requester's email address, then lets you preview, delete or copy their data.
How It Works
- Preview: before MineOS deletes or copies anything, you can preview the user it found for the requester, including the email address and user ID.
- Delete: MineOS asks Iterable to forget the user with the requester's email address. The task shows as in progress while Iterable processes the request.
- Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the Iterable data it holds for their email address: the user's data fields, the messages sent to them and their event history.
Choose the right integration type
| Integration type | When to use it |
|---|---|
| Iterable | Your Iterable project is hosted on Iterable's standard data center. |
| Iterable EU | Your Iterable project is hosted on Iterable's European data center. |
Before You Start

Using the Integration in Requests
To handle requests automatically, add the Iterable integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion or get a copy.
