Delighted DSR integration

This integration automates privacy requests for Delighted. MineOS looks up the person in Delighted that matches the requester's email address, then lets you preview, delete or copy their data.

How It Works

• Preview: before MineOS deletes or copies anything, you can preview the person it found for the requester, including the ID, name and email address.
• Delete: MineOS deletes the Delighted person that matches the requester's email address. If no person matches, the task is reported as not found.
• Get a copy: MineOS sends the requester a copy of the person record found for their email address, including their name, email address, phone number and survey activity dates.

Before You Start

• Make sure you have access to your Delighted account, so you can get the API key.

Setting Up

Step 1: Get your API key in Delighted

1. Log in to Delighted and click the Integration icon.
2. Select the API box.
3. Copy your API key.

Step 2: Connect in MineOS

1. Log in to MineOS. On the left sidebar, click Inventory → Data Sources. Click Add Data Source, search for Delighted and click Add.
2. Open the Delighted data source → Integrations tab → Request Handling section → select Integration.
3. Paste the API key into the API Key field.
4. Click Test your integration to validate the key.
5. Click Test & Save.

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your Delighted account.

Using the Integration in Requests

To handle requests automatically, add the Delighted integration to the workflows of the privacy rights it should handle, such as deletion or get a copy.
