Completion
Tell the data subject their request has been fulfilled once the workflow's actions are complete
The completion email tells the data subject that their request has been fulfilled and closed.
When it's sent
When a right's workflow has Send reply to user after all actions are done enabled, MineOS sends the completion email when the workflow is complete. You choose which completion template to use in the right's Eligibility & workflows settings per each workflow.
Template per brand
If you run a multi brand company, you have an option to configure to send a different template per brand by clicking Set template per brand. It will open a configuration panel where you can select which template to use for each brand.
