Completion
Tell the data subject their request has been fulfilled once the workflow's actions are complete
The completion email tells the data subject that their request has been fulfilled and closed.
When it's sent
When a right's workflow has Send reply to user after all actions are done enabled, MineOS sends the completion email once every action in the workflow is complete. You choose which completion template to use in the right's Eligibility & workflows settings per each workflow.
Configuring it
Edit the completion template's content in DSR Setup → Templates, and select it — or a per-brand version — from the workflow.
