Looks up 1 to 100 service ids in one call, ignoring case and surrounding spaces. Found services come back in
request order, each with the catalog's lowercase serviceId. Ids with no catalog entry are listed in
missing instead of failing the request, trimmed and once per id ignoring case, in the spelling first
sent; compare lowercased ids to correlate results with the request. Send JSON; the body may be at most 64 KB.
Access to the catalog API is enabled per organization on request; organizations without access receive
403. Authenticate with an API key.
