Revokes one of the authenticated company's enrollment tokens by id. Idempotent: a token that is
already revoked returns 200 with alreadyRevoked. A token id that does not belong to this
company (or does not exist) returns 404 — the two cases are indistinguishable, so no other tenant's
tokens can be probed.
