Search catalog services by name or domain.

Looks up services in Mine's curated service catalog. Pass text, domain, or both; a request with
neither is rejected with 400.
With text, names are fuzzy-matched after common company suffixes such as Inc. or
Technologies are set aside, so Salesforce, Inc. still finds salesforce.com. Results are
ordered best match first. Each carries a score from 0 to 1: a relative confidence for ranking and for
deciding when to ask a person to confirm, not a probability. Weak matches are left out, so an empty list means
nothing matched closely enough; it does not prove the catalog lacks the service. A low-scoring result may be
unrelated; confirm before linking.
With only domain, the response holds the single service that domain belongs to, with a score of
1, or is empty. A subdomain resolves to the closest catalog entry within its registered domain, for example
app.eu.hubspot.com to hubspot.com; acme.github.io never resolves to github.io.
Send the host only; a path or query is ignored and should not be sent.
With both, domain narrows the fuzzy-matched results: a service is returned only if the domain belongs to
it and its name also matches text. To resolve a URL to its service, send domain alone.
Access to the catalog API is enabled per organization on request; organizations without access receive
403. Authenticate with an API key.
