Returns the current choices recorded for each of the supplied identifiers, in request
order. Identifiers are accepted as plaintext or pre-hashed, are hashed at the boundary, and
never appear in a URL or query string - which is why they travel in the request body.
Identifiers with no match are echoed back with found: false and are not recorded.
